Hannah Polinski
Uno
we do it backwards. i scoop cum into my belly button
& you scream for dog. crescents on your thigh fade red to peach.
flakes of skin crawl out from fingernails. your knees unlock, breathe.
fault lines rise between our hips. pillows float back to bed, sweat absorbs
into taught skin. moans crawl back down throats,
spit retracing its web like a spider. your tongue unwinds itself from mine.
our gazes fix, then furl. i understand you both ways.
this is our grave & we’re about to lie in it.
